We Sure Have Been Busy!
Hello, Pinecones!
There have been LOTS of new things happening here at Pine Needles Quilt & Sew over the past month or so. We kicked off our Semi-Annual Clearance Sale right after Christmas and were busy, busy, BUSY! Many of you took advantage of our killer Clearance prices and we moved ALOT of fabric. Here's Connie after one particularly busy day -- that's a lot empty bolts headed for the recycling!
Next we hit the ground running with our Inventory -- counting lots of fabric, notions, books, and more! And then we COMPLETELY tore the shop apart for our Extreme Makeover! We rearranged the shelves & fabric, moved our BERNINA sewing & embroidery machines around, moved the books, moved the cutting table..... We pretty much moved everything! :)
In two SHORT days -- and with another Minnesota snowstorm! -- we completed our new look. We were however a little tired, to say the least. :)
Phew, it sure has been a busy month! I haven't even touched on all of the new fabric that's been arriving daily -- that will have to wait until the next post. :)

Shortly after Marcia, Connie, Suzie, & Lynda headed to Florida for a few days at Kaye's Quilting College. They sewed, sewed, & SEWED -- but we think they had a little fun too! The girls worked on all new samples & patterns that will debut at our Kaye's Quilting College event April 6- 9 here in Rochester, MN.
