Look here!For those of you lucky enough to be coming to our embroidery retreat next weekend here are are some of the projects! We will be piecing in the hoop and let me tell you it is FUN!
This will be our first project - it has insulbright on the inside and teflon ironing surface on the back - you see, you do not even have to take your hoop off of your machine to press! We will slide this underneath and press with a mini iron (bring one along if you have one) and we sew and press with very little effort!
This great little pincushion is done in the large oval hoop - this is an excellent way to do precise piecing of small blocks - no fuss no muss - easy as pie when you do it in your embroidery hoop!And the book is great - color pictures step by step for those of you not attending retreat (tee hee)! Book includes 20 projects and 40 embroidery designs.
We will also do a mini quilt with sunshine and shadow blocks and learn how to do crazy blocks in the hoop - best part is you can size the to fit YOUR hoop - Jumbo to small - limitless possibilities.
Marcia will be your instructor at the retreat! Oh my, we can hardly wait!!!
