VIP in Decorah–December 17 & 18, 2010
We had a super time at VIP – please plan to join us in January!
Julie brought two quilts; they are the same pattern! Can you believe it? Turning Twenty Simply Sashed – what a difference fabric choice makes!
Same story here…this is the same exact quilt! The pattern was from our Retreat Mystery Quilt 2010.
Karen brought this to share. If you know Karen at all, you know that she didn’t make just one, but FIVE!
Tis the season! Personalized Christmas stockings are so special!
Pillowcases make a great, quick, personal Christmas gift. These had a camping theme for her camping friends!
See a little bit of what you missed here:

VIP in Racine–December 3 & 4, 2010
We had over 60 people on Saturday, and a dozen or so brave souls on Saturday due to the snow storm. We still had a super time both days!
On Saturday, we had a few young ladies with special stories to tell:
Michelle won at the Mower County fair. She explained that all of her fabric was purchased here at PNQS – YAY!
Cally also joined us. She makes chemo bags and had an inspirational story to tell.
Her organization is called Cally’s Cause. We are so proud of her!
Here are the slides from VIP:
Mark your calendar for next month! January 7 & 8 at 9:30. We hope to see you there!

Meet the 380 Class
We had 8 eager sewers in this class to test drive the new Bernina 380. What a variety! Some brand new to sewing, and some had been sewing all their lives.
Our mission? To complete this adorable little bag.
Isn’t it just the best?
From start to finish, we got it done…in just short of 4 hours, no less!
Here’s Anita at the iron.
Just like so!
YAY!
Almost done…
Just one last quick press, and…
Voila! 8 lovely handbags…a good time was had by all!
We are planning to do this again in 2011. Don’t delay on registering, as space is limited to 8 per session!
