Many of you are sewing already - just a little note - we did not use the same fabrics as the picture on the front of your monthly patterns - colors will be consistant throughout the 6 months:

Decorah:

Color one = blue
Color two = red
Accent = gold

Racine:

Color one = black
Color two = red
Accent = green

Block of the month 2011 alternate cutting instructions:

January begins our newest Block of the Month by This & That! Still plenty of time for everyone to sign up - remember you just need to get in to get your block during January ANYTIME the shops are open! This is a great quilt - just a 6 month program this year - with TWO blocks each month for ony $5! Call the shop of your choice to reserve yours - available by mail for $10 shipping included!

Cut for a Cure ruler instructions:

• Make quarter square triangle units - cut your strips 1 3/4 inches and use your Quarter Square Ruler - sew together as 4 quarter squares (not half square this time :)) this will yield the 3 inch finished unit you need to make this block! Much faster than drawing lines and cutting!
