My Bernina 830 can stitch at 1000 stitches per minute - if I sew really fast will it count as aerobic exercise???

Quilt Minnesota – just around the corner!!
Shhhhhhh…..please do not tell anyone – I sneaked out of the shop this afternoon :) It was a bit slower after the sale (imagine that :)) so I came home to play with this! Wait till you see what PNQS has in store for 2011 Quilt Minnesota!
